You can find a documentation of what the label says here , should even fit your exact model, which I think is a pretty rare version with its "Florentine cutaway". Look at the scratchplate arrangement! Style of the fretboard markers also is odd, this pattern was common much later. Are you in the U.K.? I thought maybe it was made for a market where expensive Hofner guitars, which hat similar inlays were popular.

You mean, for insurance? Could be useful to ask folks who have vintage American guitars how they got theirs. A good Bavarian archtop isn't too far off in reputation anymore.
