Framus Triumph bass from around 1960
This Framus Triumph bass is in extremely good condition regarding its age. Hard to decide which year it was made, but after contact with Framus/Warwick in Germany I can say it is probably from around 1960 and one of the very early production models. The bass was brought to Sweden around that time and has never been sold and hardly used as it was left standing in a now since long closed music shop. As you can see in the pictures there are hardly any signs of use at all. It also comes with the original brown canvas case. I have not tried to play the bass myself, but people who can play have tried it and they are all positive. It might need some kind of care regarding pickup and electronics. A crack in the headstock has been repaired by a skilled instruments repair (and building) man. Overall an amazing instrument that is now looking for a new owner.
