Vintage Guitar - does anyone know the details?

My mother had this guitar in her attic and wants me to try and sell, does anyone know any details? Like the type and estimated price?

So what is it, a Metrotone? Never seen a thing like that. Are you in the UK? It may well be German made, but probably not by Framus. A fine archtop guitar. Shouldn't go for under half a grand in good condition. (but I can't tell how much the playability suffered under damp storage)

Hey,
since found out it's a 1950 FASAN ARCHTOP with a rare framus pickup, spoke to hans from framus and he confirmed the pickup alone would be 200/300, so listed the full package on eBay. The electrics work amazingly too and guitar is in beautiful condition.
