Hi. New to the forums. Recently came into possession of a 1960s 5/5 Tenor guitar (label looks like "D5" but I have only seen "5/5" references online and believe it's just a kinda sloppy "5/") but know very little about it and am unable to find much online. Any information would be highly appreciated. Especially curious if it was meant for nylon or steel strings as the original owner had nylons on it, but it is ladder braced (2 horizontal braces below sound hole, one above) like you might see on a steel string parlor? It has ~25" scale length. The posts look like what you might find on a steel string, but the bridge looks like it's made for nylon (i.e. knots vs ball ends) Just curious what strings and tuning was meant for it. I'm new to all of this so please forgive my ignorance. Cheers!
