Is this an old framus?

Got this acoustic 12 string awhile ago haven't figured out what it is due to it not having a serial number inside the sound hole all I've been able to figure out is it has a mustache and is German made.

Most probably not, but I don't have a clue either. Maple laminated top?

I don't know much about wood but I think it might be a very thin veneer over another piece of whatever the back and slides are my guess would be rosewood it's definitely possible for it to be maple because it's a pretty solid sounding top

It could very well be made/marketed by a company named Hüttl.

Combine the body shape (which is nothing Framus ever used) of the 6string on the left with the 12string neck (guitar has been modified a lot over the years (had a very wide neck like yours, might have had that bridge also), add adjustable trussrod and there you go...
Tonewise I wouldn't expect too much.
