Hi, Can anyone help me identify what model Mandolin this is please.

Hello,
You'd like to look up "mandriola". It is tuned like a mandolin, but with an extra course of strings. Those are tuned an octave below . You should see the groups of strings at the nut. At the lower saddle they appear to be a bit shifted - those three courses should be hit at once.
