1964 Framus Strato De luxe - question about bridge pickup

Hello, I just purchased this guitar from Germany. I got it in the mail and all looks fine except the bridge pickup. the pickup is a lot higher than the other two pickups and it is hitting the strings. The pickup casing is actually taller than the others. In all the pictures I could see online, I don’t see another similar guitar with a high bridge pickup. I am wondering if this pickup was changed from another guitar. I am hoping this can be corrected with a proper set up so the strings do not hit the pickup. Any advice appreciated
