Another model identification question...

Sorry, yet another question on model/year identification...

I'd appreciate any help on what this model is, and ideally a rough year. It belonged to a late friend of mine, who picked it up a few years back. I've tried to do match against the gallery on the website - it's similar to many of the arch tops, but no exact match that I can see.
