Framus Texan 12-string

I have a Framus Texan 12-string which has the gibson -type lawsuit era headstock (moustash). I can't find any links to explain the reason for this. None of the photos I find online have the same headstock. Could someone please clarify for me, please?

This place could well be renamed into "Inconsistencies in 12string guitar production". Might be one of the latest Texans. Neck made from solid wood or multilaminate? Rosette is strange as well, maybe put on by a former owner.
