Hi all,
After writing with Framus it seems like I have a Framus 5/98 King, but it is a dreadnougt not a jumbo! Also it has no cut away. I believe it was painted originally because if they intended to make a natural finish they would not have chosen that wood.
I also think it had a floating bridge. If anyone has a picture it would be great since I then could have it painted. It was made in January 1965. When I bought it had been sanded down and holes drilled for a fixed bridge. I have searched all over the web but can't find it.
